随着我国现代化进入到后工业化时代,竹产业总体形势不容乐观,基于 目前竹材培育、加工、市场等总体走下坡 路的情况,竹笋培育和加工成为竹产业发展的新选择 。在对咸宁市竹笋产业发展详细调研考察的基础上,分析和探讨了制 约竹笋产业发展的不利因素,针对性的提出了推进咸宁市竹笋生产加工的对策建议。

Abstract:

with china’s modernization entering the post industrial era, the overall situation of bamboo industry is not op- timistic . Based on current situation of the overall decline of bamboo cultivation,processing and market, the cultivation and processing of bamboo shoots has become a new choice for the development of bamboo industry. Based on the detailed in- vestigation on the development of bamboo shoots industry in xianning, the authors analyze and discuss the unfavorable factors restricting the development of bamboo shoots industry, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for pro- moting the production and processing of bamboo shoots in our city.
