为了筛选出适合在遂昌县香榧雄树采穗圃中嫁接的香榧雄树优株枝条 , 以 1# 、2# 、3# 、东 白湖 4个香榧雄树优 株为试材 , 采用随机区组设计的方法 , 对接后 2 a 的主枝长度、新梢生长量和新梢杈枝数量指标进行比较 , 试验结果表明:2 #香榧雄树优株明显优于其它 3个优株 , 其主枝长度 64. 40cm、当年新梢生长量 33. 07cm , 与生长最差的 3#香榧雄树优 株比较 , 其主枝长度增加84. 00% , 当年新梢生长量增加96. 03% , 差异达到 0. 01水平。 为此 , 2#香榧雄树优株枝条可以作为香榧雄树采穗圃中嫁接的接穗在遂昌县进行推广应用 , 3#香榧雄树优株枝条需慎用。

Abstract:

To screen out Torreya grandis 6Merrillii》optimum male branches that are suitable for grafting in the ear pick- ing nursery of the male trees in suichang county, four Torreya grandis 6Merrillii》optimum trees from 1# , 2# , 3# and Dongbai Lake were selected as test materials , then , the length of main branch , the growth of new shoot and number of new shoot were compared after grafting 2-year-old using the method of random block group design . The results showed that , Torreya grandis 6Merrillii》2# optimal tree is significantly better than the other 3optimal trees . Its main branch length is 64. 40cm , and the growth rate of new shoots in the current year is 33. 0 cm . compared with Torreya grandis 6Merrillii》 No . 3 optimal tree , its main branch length increases by 84. 00% , and the growth rate of new shoots in the current year in- creases by 96. 03% , reaching the level of 0. 01. Therefore , Torreya grandis 6Merrillii》2# excellent branches can be used as grafted scions in Torreya grandis 6Merrillii》ear picking nursery in suichang county for extension and application . # 3 Torreya grandis 6Merrillii》excellent branches should be used with caution .
