紫薇属植物的倍性研究是其遗传育种工作的基础,本文从直接鉴定、间接鉴定两个方面进行了阐述和总结,包括 染色体计数、流式细胞仪、分子标记法、形态学鉴定和生理生化指标等方法,以期为紫薇育种和染色体倍性研究工作提供理 论依据和实践参考。

Abstract:

The ploidy study of Lagerstroemia is the basis of its genetic breeding work. The authors expounds and summa- rizes the direct identification and indirect identification, including chromosome counting, flow cytometry, molecular mark- er method, morphological identification and physiological and biochemical indexes , in order to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for Lagerstroemia breeding and chromosome ploidy study.
