摘要:

本文提出了森林火灾空天地一体化监测的体系框架 , 简要阐述了森林火灾空天地一体化监测的关键技术 , 并在 九峰国家森林公园进行了实地验证 。指出空天地一体化森林火灾监测方式 , 是森林火灾“早预警”、“ 早扑灭”不可或缺的重 要手段 , 为全方位监测森林各项环境数据提供了技术支撑 , 为公共安全管理、重大活动监测、污染防治等其它行业监测应用 与应急管理提供了良好的示范和解决方案。

Abstract:

The authors proposes a system framework for integrated air-space-ground monitoring of forest fires , briefly expounds the key technologies of integrated air-space-ground monitoring of forest fires , and conducted field verification in Jiufeng National Forest park. It pointed out that the air-space-ground integrated forest fire monitoring method is an indis- pensable and important means for achieving“early warning”and“early extinguishment”of forest fires . It provides techni- cal support for the comprehensive monitoring of various forest environmental data , and is important for public safety man- agement and major Activity monitoring, pollution prevention and other industry monitoring applications and emergency management provide good demonstrations and solutions .
