Effects of Growth Hormone on cuttage Rooting in Machilus ichangensis

摘要:

利用 2种生长激素并设置 3个不同浓度处理宜昌润楠插穗 , 然后进行扦插生根试验 , 研究了不同浓度生长激素 对宜昌润楠枝条扦插生根的影响 。研究表明 , 100mg/LNAA处理 2 h 的宜昌润楠插穗的不定根数、成活率在各处理中表 现最好 , NAA、ABT对宜昌润楠扦插生根均具有促进作用 , 且 NAA处理效果优于 ABT。

Abstract:

The cutting of Machilus ichangensis was treat by two kinds of growth hormones with three different concen- trations , and then the cutting rooting experiment was carried out to research the influence of different concentrations of growth hormone . The results showed that the number of adventitious roots and survival rate of cuttings of Machilus ichangensis treated with 100 mg/L NAA for 2 hours was the best performance among the treatments , and the effect of NAA was better than ABT.
