湖北省林木种质资源保护与利用的思考和建议

Thoughts and suggestions on protection and utilization of Forest Germplasm Resources in Hubei province

摘要:

林木种质资源事关生态、经济、社会可持续发展,与人类生存、社会进步、生态文明建设息息相关。 通过阐述林木 种质资源保护和利用的必要性,对湖北省林木种质资源现状和存在的主要问题进行了研究分析,从加强宣传、编制规划、体系建设、资金投入等方面提出了加强保护和利用的对策建议。

Abstract:

Forest germplasm resources are related to the sustainable development of ecology, economy and society, and are closely related to human survival, social progress and the construction of ecological civilization . By expounding the ne- cessity of protection and utilization of forest germplasm resources,we studied and analyzed the current situation and main problems of forest germplasm resources in Hubei province , and put forwarded countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen protection and utilization from the aspects of strengthening publicity, compiling planning, system construction and capital investment.
