资源型城市的国家森林城市建设对策——以江西省德兴市为例

资源型城市要实现可持续发展,转型发展是大势所趋,结合城市的特点,因地制宜,选择适合城市的发展新道路。 建设国家森林城市,实现绿色发展,是资源型城市转型、高质量发展的有效途径 。 以典型资源型城市— 江西省德兴市为 例,对德兴市森林城市建设现状及面临机遇进行分析,提出了 国家森林城市规划的施策重点,探讨了 资源型城市开展森林 城市建设的设计要点,以期为同类型城市开展国家森林城市建设提供经验借鉴。

Abstract:

Transformation development is general and acceptable trend for resource-based cities to achieve goal of sus- tainable development. The suitable choice of development can be made by taking considering of local condition . National Forest city is an effective way for resource-based cities to realize the EcO and high quality development. Taking Dexing city as an example, which is atypical resource-based city located in Jiangxi province, several key points are put forward for national forest city planning by analyzing local situation and opportunities of the city. several pivotal points and experi- ences are discussed for designing forest city of resource-based city, which can be provided as reference for the similar type city to carry out national forest city construction .
