Abstract:Distanthybridizationandgeneticengineringaremainapproachestogermplasminnovation.Inthisstudy,16 relatedgeneraand17relatedspeciesofchrysanthemumweresummarized.Acordingtotheresultsofprevioushybridex- periments,thegeneticrelationshipbetwenwildgermplasmandchrysanthemumwasanalyzed.Itwasfoundthatsixgene- rasuchasAjania,AnthemisandLeucanthemelahadstrongafinitywithChrysanthemum×mori了olium,andthegenetic relationshipamongC.indicum,C.zawadski,C.vestitum,C.lavanduli了oliumandC.mori了oliumwasclose.Thege- neticrelationshipbetwen germplasmof6 generaand11speciesandC.mori了oliumwasnotclear.wealsosummarized theachievementsofchrysanthemumgeneticengineringbredingintheimprovementofornamentalandresistancetraits, andsugestedthatmoreextensivehybridizationexperimentsandgenediscoveryshouldbecariedout,thetechnologyand modeofdistanthybridizationandgeneticengineringshouldbeimproved,andaneficientbredingplatform shouldbe builttoimprovetheeficiencyofGermplasmInnovation.
