游客视角下霍童古镇游憩行为及体验满意度研究

摘要:在旅游业高速发展的背景下，古镇旅游被认为是一种新兴的旅游产业，全面认识游客在古镇的游憩体验和体验满意度是推进古镇旅游高质量发展的重要途径。以宁德市霍童古镇为研究对象，采用问卷调查、核密度估算法（KDE）、IPA分析法等方法,分析游客对霍童古镇游憩体验及满意度感知。研究表明，游客在古镇下街形成高重要性、高满意度、高密度分布的集聚性体验区域。同时，游客总体期望与实际体验满意度存在一定差异、游憩体验分布不均匀，其一方面原因是古镇基础设施和服务不完善，另一方面原因是古镇蕴含的历史文化价值未能全面地有效传播、资源未能充分利用。针对古镇现有问题，综合考察霍童古镇的发展现状，为推进古镇旅游发展提供具体策略。

Abstract: In the context of the rapid development of tourism, tourism in ancient towns is considered to be an emerging tourism industry. A comprehensive understanding of tourists' recreational experience and experience satisfaction in the ancient towns is an important way to promote the high-quality development of ancient town tourism. Taking Huotong Ancient Town in Ningde City as the research object, using questionnaire survey, Kernel Density Estimation method(KDE),IPA analysis method and other methods to analyze tourists' recreational experience and satisfaction perception of Huotong Ancient Town. The study found that tourists formed a concentrated experience area with high importance, high satisfaction and high density distribution in Xiajie of the ancient town. But at the same time, there is a certain difference between the overall expectations of tourists and actual experience satisfaction, and the distribution of recreational experience is uneven. On the one hand, the reason is the imperfect infrastructure and services of the ancient town; on the other hand, the historical and cultural value contained in the ancient town has not been fully and effectively disseminated and the resources have not been fully utilized. Addressing existing problems in the ancient town, comprehensively investigate the development status of the ancient town of Huotong, and provide specific strategies for promoting the tourism development of the ancient town.
