基于 Kano模型的森林公园环境教育需求分析研究 一 以开封市康平河森林公园为例

本研究以开封市康平河森林公园为例,分析游客环境教育需求,为城市公园环境教育功能的实现提供参考 。通 过问卷调查、Kano模型与 Beter-Worse系数法对公园进行需求类型调查、重要程度排序与人群差异化分析 。研究表明在 五类 一级需求中需求重要度依次为设施需求、工作人员需求、教学形式需求、费用需求、活动内容需求,在游客需求差异化 分析中园内设施与活动内容需求差异最明显 。得出以下结论:应对公园设施进行合理规划;增设咨询服务点及解说设施; 设置多种形式的环境教育活动;增设环境教育相关人员岗位并做好培训;注重差异化设计。

Abstract:

Inordertoanalyzethenedsoftourists,environmentalthisstudytakesKaifengKangpingRiverForestPark asanexampleeducationandprovidereferencefortherealizationoftheenvironmentaleducationfunctionofurbanparks. Theresearchwereusedthequestionnairesurvey,KanomodelandBeter-Worsecoeficientmethodtocary outdemand typesurvey,importancerankingandpopulationdiferentiationanalysisforthepark.Theresearchshowedthattheimpor- tanceofdemandamongthefivetypesoffirst-leveldemandwasthedemandforfacilities,thedemandforstaf,thede- mandforteachingforms,thedemandforexpensesandthedemandforactivitycontent.Intheanalysisoftourists,demand diferentiation,thediferencebetwen thedemandforfacilitiesintheparkandthedemandforactivitycontentwasthe mostobvious.Theresearchdrawsthefolowingconclusions:theparkfacilitiesshouldbereasonablyplanned;Addconsult- ingservicepointsandinterpretationfacilities;setupvariousformsofenvironmentaleducationactivities;Addpostsfor personnelrelatedtoenvironmentaleducationanddoagoodioboftraining;Focusondiferentiateddesign.
