水杉种子贮藏试验

摘要:

为 了探寻水杉种子贮藏的适宜含水量、温度和时长,以期为水杉种子的科学贮藏提供参考 。本研究以水杉原产 地湖北省利川市忠路镇小河村的原生水杉母树上采收的种子为试验材料,通过不同种子含水量、贮藏温度和贮藏时长试 验,比较了入库和出库时种子发芽率、发芽势的变化规律 。结果表明:种子含水量在 10.00%~10.99%时,贮藏期间种子发 芽率、发芽势的降低值最小,贮藏效果最佳 。种子含水量为 10.00%~10.99%,在-5 ℃贮藏 1 a 时,发芽率、发芽势降低值 最小,贮藏效果最佳;-5 ℃贮藏 1 a、2 a、3 a时,种子的发芽率、发芽势无显著性差异 。 因此,水杉种子贮藏入库含水量应控 制在 10.00%~10.99%,贮藏温度推荐-5 ℃,在-5 ℃条件下可以贮藏 3 a。

Abstract:

Inordertoexp1oresuitab1ewatercontent,temperatureandstoragetimeofM.glyptostroboidesseds,provide referenceforitsscientificstorage.Inthisstudy,thesedsco1ectedfrom theorigina1mothertreofM.glyptostroboides thatgrewinxiaoheVi1eage,Zhong1uTownship,LichuanCountyofHubeiprovincewereusedasexperimenta1materia1s. Thechangeru1esofgerminationrateandgerminationvigorbetwen enteringand1eavingtheincubatorwerecompared withdiferentmoisture,temperature and storage time.The resu1tsshowed thatwatercontentbetwen 10.00% to 10.99%%,thedropva1ueofthegerminationrateandgerminationvigorwasthe1owest,sotherewasthebestmoisturefor sedstorage.whenthemoisturewas10% to11%,andthetemperaturewasfivedegresbe1owzero,thedropva1ueofthe germinationrateandgerminationvigorwasthe1owestforstorage1 year,therewasthebeststoragecondition.There wou1dbenosignificantdiferencestoragefor1 year,2yearsand3 yearsiffivedegresbe1owzero.Therefore,theappro- priatemoistureshou1dbecontro1edat10.00% to10.99%%,andthebesttemperatureshou1dbefivedegresbe1owzero, thestorage1engthcanbeachievedto3 yearsifthetemperatureisfivedegresbe1owzero.
