Abstract:chaenomeles speciosa were used as experimental material in Badong county , The author extracted the volatile oil and fatty acids of chaenomeles speciosa under dry conditions during the mature period using steam distillation . The to- tal ion flow spectra of the components of the volatile oil and fatty acids were obtained using Gc-MS. combined with com- puter retrieval technology , the structure of the compounds was identified , and 70compounds of the volatile oil were sepa- rated and identified. The components with a relative content ≥5% were L-ascorbic acid-2, 6-dipalmitate , α-Acaciene , 3- octyl-cyclohexanyl methyl ester , ethyl linoleic acid ; fifteen fatty acid components were isolated and identified , and the components with a relative content ≥5% were 14-methyl-pentadecanoic acid methyl ester , diisobutyl phthalate , octade- canoic acid methyl ester , [1S-(1α , 3Aβ , 4α , 8Aβ)]-Decahydro-4, 8, 8-trimethyl-9-methylene-1, 4-methylene octene-long folene . Experiments have shown that the advanced unsaturated fatty acids contained in chaenomeles speciosa exhibit sig- nificant pharmacological activities in reducing blood lipids , antioxidation , anti-inflammatory , and other aspects .
