恩施州森林资源现状及其经营策略

current situation and Management strategy of Forest Resources in Enshi Autonomous prefecture

摘要:

以 2019年“ 二 类清查”数据为依据 , 对恩施土家族苗族 自 治州森林覆盖率、有林地面积、森林蓄积量、森林分布、 林种结构、起源、森林年龄结构、森林的树种组成等森林资源现状及特征进行分析 , 通过近年森林资源调查数据比对以探讨 森林资源动态。 结果表明 , 全州森林覆盖率、林地面积、有林地面积及活立木蓄积量均呈逐年递增趋势 , 客观说明森林资源 的经营和管理取得了明显成效 , 实现了“双增长”, 但在森林经营方面也存在一些问题。 未来需要继续以生态理念为核心的 森林经营策略 , 提高全州森林资源的数量与质量 , 提升区域森林生态系统生态服务功能。

Abstract:

Based on data of“class II inventory”in 2019, the characteristics of forest resources current situation , such as forest cover , forestlandarea , forest stock , forest distribution , forest species structure , origin , forest age structure , forest spe- cies composition in Enshi were analyzed dynamics of forest resources by comparing with the data of forest resources sur- vey. The results showed that forest cover , forest land area , forest land area and standing timber volume in Enshi had been increasing year by year , which objectively showed that the management of forest resources had achieved significant re- sults , i. e .“double growth”, but there were also some problems in forest management. The forest management strategy cen- tered on ecological concepts can improve the quantity and quality of forest resources in Enshi Autonomous prefecture , and enhance the ecological service function of the regional forest ecosystem .
