Abstract:In order to investigate the influence of continuous autumn rain on the PSⅡof Camellia oleifera,an OS30P+ modulated chlorophyll fluorometer was used to monitor the dynamic curves of rapid chlorophyll fluorescence induction of C.oleifera under continuous autumn rain. The results showed that the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of C.oleifera's new leaves fluctuated May to August 2020,along with no significant variation between the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of each month. The electron transfer efficiency from QA to Q(B )was lower in the early stage of new leaves than that in the later stage, suggesting that the electron transfer rate is inhibited in the early stage of new leaves. There was a moderate continuous rain in autumn from September 17 to 28,2020,with no significant change in the kinetic parameters of rapid chlorophyll fluorescence induction. The cloudy and rainy weather had no significantly adverse effects on the photosynthetic apparatus of C.oleifera.It can be considered that the moderate continuous rainy weather in autumn did not cause substantial negative effects on the photosynthetic organs of C.oleifera.
