    本研究以浙江楠容器苗为试验材料,采用地径和苗高作为分级指标,应用平均值±标准差法和逐步聚类法开展了1年生实生苗的苗木质量分级研究,发现标准差法计算的I级苗下限值偏高,逐步聚类法计算的Ⅱ级苗下限值偏高;综合确定浙江楠1年生容器苗质量分级标准:Ⅰ级苗地径0.24 cm以上,苗高13.0 cm以上;Ⅱ级苗地径在0.15 cm~0.24 cm之间,苗高在8.0 cm~13.0 cm之间;Ⅰ、Ⅱ级苗为合格苗,确定的合格苗木接近85%的控制率。

    Abstract:

    In this study, the container seedlings of Phoebe chekiangensis were used as experimental materials. The Ground diameter and seedling height were used as grading indexes, and the mean ± standard deviation method and stepwise clustering method were used to carry out the research on the quality classification of annual seedlings. Found that the standard deviation method to calculate the grade I seedlings under the limit on the high side, stepwise clustering method to calculate grade Ⅱ seedling lower limit on the high side. The quality classification criteria of annual container seedling of Phoebe chekiangensis were determined comprehensively: the diameter of seedling field was above 0.24 cm, and the height of seedling was above 13.0 cm. The seedling diameter of grade II ranged from 0.15 cm to 0.24 cm, and the seedling height ranged from 8.0 cm to 13.0 cm. Grade I and II seedlings were qualified seedlings, and the control rate of qualified seedlings was close to 85%.
