Analyses and Superiortrees Selection of Juglans regia in Zigui, Hubei

为选取种归本地最住核桃优株,以种归野外调查 36个株系核桃初选优株为基础,采用单项外形理化性质比较和 主成分分析方法分析了果实品质并进行评价 。结果表明,ZG08的单果重最大,达到 21. 62g;ZG35的可溶性蛋白含量最高 达到 90. 22mg · g - 1 ;ZG10和 ZG03出仁率高达 58. 47%和 57. 81% ;ZG09和 ZG12粗脂肪含量高达 82. 83%和 80. 17% ; 经由 36个初选优株主成分分析评价得分排名前十的优株为:ZG33、ZG09、ZG04、ZG05、ZG36、ZG31、ZG08、ZG10、ZG35、 ZG18。可以得出初步结论:核桃油加工为主的优株为 ZG09,核桃种仁加工为主的优株为 ZG10,食用干果优株为 ZG08,综 合用途优株为 ZG33。研究结论为综合评判核桃坚果品质的优劣,为核桃定向育种和分类经营提供科学的参考。

Abstract:

In order to select the best local Juglans regia superior trees in Zigui, based on the preliminary selection of 36 J. regia strains through field investigation in Zigui, the fruit quality was analyzed and evaluated using single item comparison of physica1and chemica1properties and principa1component ana1ysis methods . The resu1ts showed that ZG08had the highest single fruit weight, reaching 21. 62g;The highest soluble protein content of ZG35 is 90. 22 mg · g-1 ;The kernel yield of ZG10and ZG03is as high as 58. 47% and 57. 81%, respectively;The crude fat content of ZG09 and ZG12is as high as 82. 83% and 80. 17%, respectively;The top ten superior plants with scores evaluated through principal component analysis of 36primary selected ones are ZG33,ZG09,ZG04,ZG05,ZG36,ZG31,ZG08,ZG10,ZG35, and ZG18. Prelimi- nary conclusions can be drawn:the optimalplant for J. re8ia oil processing is ZG09,the optimalplant for J. re8ia kernel processing is ZG10,the optimal plant for dry fruit sales is ZG08, and the optimal plant for comprehensive use is ZG33. The research conclusion provides a scientific reference for the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of J. regia nuts and for the targeted breeding and classification management of walnuts .
