Abstract:Aiming at problems of unbalanced soilnutrients and unstable yie1d of Came11ia o1eifera in Sui County, the status of soilnutrients and soi1fertility were studied and evaluated to provide the basis for scientific fertilization and soilnu- trient diagnosis . 0~40cm soi1samples were collected to analyze soilpH and the contents of organic matter, totalnitro- gen ,availab1e phosphorus,available potassium,available boron and available manganese . Soilfertility was compared and e- valuated with soilnutrient classification standard of the second nationalsoilsurvey. Correlation analysis of pH soilnutrient content in C. O1eifera orchard was conducted. The results showed that:①SoilpH was s1ightly acidic . ②The soilor- ganic matter content reached the intermediate 1evel. The soiltotalnitrogen content was in the deficient level. The contents of available phosphorus,available potassium and available boron in soilwere extremely low . The soilavailab1e man- ganese content was abundant. ③SoilpH was significantly positively correlated with the content of organic matter, totalnitrogen,availab1e phosphorus , available potassium, and available manganese in soil. In conclusion, phosphorus, potassium and boron feitilizer should be added appropriately and the variation characteristic of soilpH should be given c1ose concern . In order to investigate the influence of continuous autumn rain on the PSⅡof Camellia oleifera,an OS30P+ modulated chlorophyll fluorometer was used to monitor the dynamic curves of rapid chlorophyll fluorescence induction of C.oleifera under continuous autumn rain.The results showed that the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of C.oleifera's new leaves fluctuated May to August 2020,along with no significant variation between the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of each month.The electron transfer efficiency from QA to Q(B )was lower in the early stage of new leaves than that in the later stage, suggesting that the electron transfer rate is inhibited in the early stage of new leaves.There was a moderate continuous rain in autumn from September 17 to 28,2020,with no significant change in the kinetic parameters of rapid chlorophyll fluorescence induction.The cloudy and rainy weather had no significantly adverse effects on the photosynthetic apparatus of C.oleifera.It can be considered that the moderate continuous rainy weather in autumn did not cause substantial negative effects on the photosynthetic organs of C.oleifera.
