箸竹培育及资源利用研究进展

Research Progress on Cultivation and Resource Utilization of Indocalamus tessellatus

摘要:

箬竹作为一种重要的竹类植物,在中国南方地区广泛分布,具有较高的经济和生态价值。本文综述了箬竹的种类及地理分布、繁殖与栽培技术、资源利用及产业化发展现状等研究进展。阐明箬竹在食品加工、化学化工等领域具有广泛的应用潜力,特别是在食品包装、天然香料提取和多糖饮料生产等方面。然而,当前箬竹产业化发展仍面临诸多挑战,如野生箬竹林的衰退、资源利用率低、基地建设滞后等。对此,本文提出了箬竹产业可持续发展的策略建议,以期为箬竹的进一步研究和应用提供科学依据。

Abstract:

As an important Indocalamus tessellatus plant, Indocalamus tessellatus is widely distributed in southern Chinaand has high economic and ecological value. This article reviews the research progress on the types and geographical distribution, propagation and cultivation techniques,resource utilization,and industrial development status of Indocalamus tessellatus. Elucidate that Indocalamus tessellatus has broad application potential in food processing, chemical engineeringand other fields, especially in food packaging,natural flavor extraction, and polysaccharide beverage production. However,the current industrialization development of Indocalamus tessellatus forests still faces many challenges.such as the decline of wild Indocalamus tessellatus forests, low resource utilization rates, and lagging base construction. This article proposes strategic recommendations for the sustainable development of the Indocalamus tessellatus industry,in order to provide scientific basis for further research and application of Indocalamus tessellatus.
