Abstract:Ludisia discolor is a rare and endangered medicinal plant with great market development potential. The natural population is decreasing day by day, so it is urgent to carry out the study on germplasm resources reproduction and protection. The capsule of L. discolor was used as explants, the surface was disinfected and cut, and the seeds were seeded on the 2nd induction medium of 1/2MS + NAA 0.1 mg·L?1 + sugar 30 g·L?1 + banana mud 50 mg·L?1 + potato mud 25 mg·L?1. The seeds germinated normally. The 6th subculture and rooting medium of L. discolor were 1/2MS + BA 0.2 mg·L?1 + IBA 0.3 mg·L?1 + NAA 0.01 mg·L?1 + banana mud 50 mg·L?1 + potato mud 25 mg·L?1, and the seedlings were derived by one - step method. The tissue - cultured bottle plantlets were transplanted to a substrate with pine bark + perlite + peat.
